Location, location and location again. Half of the Hotel's rooms are facing directly to the see. Is definitely a must to request one of those even if are going to be slightly more expensive. Waking up, step on the balcony and admire the full gulf up to Porto Venere is a true joy for the eyes and the main reason to choose this accommodation.

View from the room was amazing. The balcony was a charm, spacious and in front of the water. The breakfast is good, very controlled and good options. Beds are comfortable and the room had a nice size. Location is perfect, near restaurants, shops.

The hotel staff were wonderful. We weren’t given the room I was expecting, Booking .com we’re very misleading, but the staff were sympathetic and sorted it out as soon as they could.

I'm rating it 10 not because it's perfect, but because it was fit for our purpose. We had half pension and enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Yes, the rooms are old, but ours had everything we needed and everything worked. There's no parking at the hotel (and that we already knew when booking), but we used the public parking (walking distance from the hotel) that was suggested at 7 euros for 24 hours.

I never had a more beautiful view from the balcony, i will remember it forever. Hotel location is great, breakfast was great every day, staff is nice and friendly. A small fridge helped a lot!
